- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction, to human and pet(s). Become friends with pet(s). Speak to human about what they would like their dog to look like after the cut. I do not offer bathing, I do not have a mobile van with water power, yet. I will wash your dog in your yard, tub or sink. I will give your dog a hair cut. I will leave after getting a before/after picture of your pet.
