- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are currently very fair and honest. I am currently not expecting to make big profits. My current strategy to further grow my business would be to help as many people as I can. We genuinely love to help people who need it and I believe that is the key to long term success.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding how much perfection they are looking for. From 1 - 10 I must understand how night the final result expectations are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There isn’t really a set education for my line of work but I work very closely with home flippers. I understand how to give you the biggest bang for your buck.
