- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Island Beauty Events offers customized pricing based on the size and details of each event. We strive to work within a variety of budgets while still providing quality service and beautiful setups. Delivery, setup, breakdown, staffing and travel fees may apply depending on the event location. We also occasionally offer promotional pricing and package discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a consultation where we discuss the client’s vision, event details, budget and expectations. After that, I provide recommendations and a customized quote. Once booked, I stay in communication throughout the planning process to ensure everything runs smoothly from setup to breakdown on event day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in event planning, customer service, organization and hospitality. I continuously educate myself through business development, event industry research and creative design training to improve the experience I provide for clients. My background in hospitality and management also helps me stay organized and detail-oriented during events.
