FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed contractors have to do 14 hours of continuing education every 2 years in order to keep their license valid and to stay up to date with contracting law as well as changes to the Florida Building Code.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We are a pretty well rounded contracting company. Out projects are pretty evenly balanced between commercial and residential renovation/remodeling projects, as well as general construction, framing, forming, concrete restoration, drywall, etc.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Whenever hiring someone always check their credentials. If you hire someone who's unlicensed that means you are breaking the law and won't be able to pursue them legally if they don't complete the job or if you have a problem with the work they have performed. Even if you're pulling a homeowners permit, by law, if you hire someone they must be licensed to perform the work you are hiring them for. If you own a rental property it is considered a commercial property, which means a homeowner cannot pull any permits and must hire a licensed contractor to perform all work.
