Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: After years of hands-on experience, I have seen almost everything. And after learning the trade, from real life experiences, schools, training, and working for and with general contractor companies, I decided to just do it by myself. And as I have a great experience and I learned with the best I can do all your electrical needs, from a small repair, fixture installations, diagnosing circuits, finding and fixing problems, panel breaker boxes, installing new outlets or switches, RV and Tesla chargers. This way I can schedule my own time, my own decisions and provide a much better quality, final results and lower cost to my clients. On my previous job I was Team Leader, with the responsibility of quality control supervision and on site customer service on every job. After all, most of the time, I had to touch up what others had done to the client's satisfaction. I was a Home Depot's service provider and I learned that hiring the biggest doesn't always get you best quality for the highest cost. I have a computer's degree, residential electricals' degree, AC electrical knowledge and AC maintenance knowledge. Lead-Safe certified, plumb experienced, general knowledge of the "construction business world". Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese language.

Electrical and Wiring Repair

After reading the excellent reviews of FreeStyle Builder Corp. I contacted them to finish installing a tankless water heater that had been partially (and incorrectly) installed by someone else. The electrical had to be completely redone and FreeStyle Builder Corp. did an amazing job. They will be my first call for any work I have in the future.

Water Heater Installation or Replacement

This was the first time I worked with Paulo. He was completely professional and responsive to my questions. He did exceptional work at a reasonable price. I had a few light fixtures replaced and a water heater installed. After working with him, I have found a few more things I need to have done and will be calling again in a few days. It is nice to feel like you can trust your contractor. Thanks.

Electrical and Wiring Repair

Paolo is a true professional and perfectionist. He offered great ideas and solutions to our issues. Whatever he said he was going to do, he did it and did it extremely well. He will also be coming back to replace our breaker box and install a generator box and plug. Fantastic work and just a great guy.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

How nice are hidden costs? How nice is it when you are sent a very short description of the work to be performed, then you assume things as in your mind you see a picture of what you expect after the job is done, and now you have to pay somebody else to "fix the drywall, plaster and paint it" when you hear they say "this is not my job"? Well, you never asked the right questions, and took the lowest estimate! Who hasn't been there & done that, right? Well, this I will never do. My estimates are accurate, detailed and up front. I take pride on my work and treat every job as my own. Work must get done right the first time. Different levels of job quality, different prices. We need to find a balance, and that is exactly what I offer. Any job can be done in so many different ways and time it takes to get it done is the main factor. One can sweep the floor and hide it under the mat to save time and charge less and this is what I never do.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Basic process is to be able to see what is going on, then tell customer what really needs to be done. Next part of the process is to acknowledge what the customer wants and make sure it can be delivered. There is only way things should be done, and it is the right way.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

College degree. Graduated from FL Computer College as IT, web disigner. Certified in Residential Electrical Basic 60 hours class and lab. Welder and solder experienced. Plumb experienced. Impact window factory trained as a Home Depot service provider. There was a time when Home Depot used to give training classes on different types of construction work and many took advantage on them. Also I have hands-on experience in all those areas, all.
