On time! Friendly! Knowledgeable! Most importantly he Listened to what we had to say. His work was perfection! I will not use anyone else for any “handyman” Jobs! I attached pictures of what he did. 10 door knobs, assemble a fridge and freezer, install garage door installation, mount a tv and sound bar, and install a clock! All in 1 day! Best thumbtack experience by far.Nov 23, 2020Verified
My experience with Paulo was an absolute pleasure! He asked good questions before giving us a quote, and his prices were reasonable, he was very responsive and a great communicator, he was on-time, and he was super friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes all you need is someone who is not only good at their craft but also handles the customer service side of things as well. We will definitely be using him for future projects!Oct 23, 2020Verified

Paolo did an excellent job at our home! Arrived right on time and was very knowledgeable about the scope of work we needed done. Very professional and efficient with his work. He has a wide range of skills as well — we were able to hire him for both electric and plumbing issues. Highly recommend !!!!Nov 8, 2020Verified

Paulo was a pleasure to work with. He troubleshot every angle of my issue, and kept working until the job was done right. Cannot thank him enough. Will hire him again in the future as needs arise.Nov 17, 2020Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? How nice are hidden costs? How nice is it when you are sent a very short description of the work to be performed, then you assume things as in your mind you see a picture of what you expect after the job is done, and now you have to pay somebody else to "fix the drywall, plaster and paint it" when you hear they say "this is not my job"? Well, you never asked the right questions, and took the lowest estimate! Who hasn't been there & done that, right? Well, this I will never do. My estimates are accurate, detailed and up front. I take pride on my work and treat every job as my own. Work must get done right the first time. Different levels of job quality, different prices. We need to find a balance, and that is exactly what I offer. Any job can be done in so many different ways and time it takes to get it done is the main factor. One can sweep the floor and hide it under the mat to save time and charge less and this is what I never do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Basic process is to be able to see what is going on, then tell customer what really needs to be done. Next part of the process is to acknowledge what the customer wants and make sure it can be delivered. There is only way things should be done, and it is the right way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?College degree. Graduated from FL Computer College as IT, web disigner. Certified in Residential Electrical Basic 60 hours class and lab. Welder and solder experienced. Plumb experienced. Impact window factory trained as a Home Depot service provider. There was a time when Home Depot used to give training classes on different types of construction work and many took advantage on them. Also I have hands-on experience in all those areas, all.
