- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $50/hour with a $100 minimum. No hidden fees — I’ll always tell you what a job runs before I start. If you’ve got a few things that need doing, we can knock them out in one visit to save you money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I ask a few questions about what you need photos help if you’ve got them. Then I give you a straight quote, no surprises. Once we pick a time I show up when I say I will, keep the work area clean, and don’t leave until you’re happy with it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of what I do I learned hands-on over the ten years of repairs, remodels, and general home maintenance. I stay up on new tools and techniques so I can handle just about anything around the house the right way.
