This company was outstanding and a great value. Very detailed report with pictures highlighting the issues. They were able to inspect the same day and the report was ready an hour after the inspection was completed. Would definitely refer to others.

Trey got straight to work inspecting every nook and cranny of the house. Afterwards he talked to me for about 30 minutes explaining everything that he noticed and giving me advice n how to go about fixing the issues. He even gave me his cell phone number to call if I had questions while fixing the problem areas.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Inspection fees are based on the type, size, and location of the property as well as the scope of the inspection. Some services like mold air quality testing have an additional fee. Payment for the inspection must be made before the inspection can begin. Contact us for a quotation for your specific needs
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the customer and or the real estate agent at the property. We conduct the inspection and advise the customer of any concerns resulting from the inspection. We answer any questions the customer may have. The inspection is completed by providing the customer with a comprehensive property inspection report sent via email to the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed General Contractor and Home Inspector. In business since 2001.
