What I appreciated the most about this cleaning company as opposed to other cleaning companies I have tried in the past is that I did not have to go and clean again. Very poor communication and not friendly at all!! Seemed very annoyed to be at my house. Cleaned my house and did a ok job. Never made the beds and doesn’t touch dishes. Upon payment she wanted to charge me more and I had to screenshot our communication. I then scheduled my next cleaning to try again and she was a no show. I had to text her and she said I must have mixed up my schedule. She asked if she could do the following day and I wasn’t available and asked for the following week and never heard from her again. It’s been over 2 weeks.
