- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free in-home estimates to all of our customers before sending a final invoice. We do this so that our customers know we are completely transparent, and they do not have to worry about any surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to what are customers need, and then inspect the location to be serviced. Our base service includes many offerings that most companies do not offer in a regular cleaning service, so the value is evident.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 12 years in the cleaning industry, in 2 different countries and 3 different States, we are well versed in our profession.
