What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are charged according to the needs of each client and the cleaning situation in the house. Each case is different! No house is identical to another. Laundry services, internal cleaning of the oven and refrigerator are extra, the cleaning fee will be added. For all my customers, my first cleaning, I offer washing the main windows and cleaning the oven.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I use my own materials, but if the client prefers that I use theirs, I also use them, for clients who are sensitive to allergies and consume natural products, it depends on each client's desire.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have experience in this area for some time, I literally know all the specific products for every detail of the house.
