- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every price is published on our website. We price by the square footage of the home, not by the hour, so the number you see when you book is the number you pay. No in-home estimate and no walkthrough. A standard clean starts at $185, a deep clean at $280 and a move-in / move-out clean at $325 for homes up to 1,499 sq ft, and the price steps up every 500 sq ft from there. Recurring plans are cheaper than one-time: 15% off weekly, 10% off every two weeks, 5% off monthly. We recommend starting a recurring plan with a deep clean, especially if the home has not had one in a while. It is optional, and we will talk it through with you before the first visit. Add-ons are optional and priced separately: inside the oven $40, inside the refrigerator $40, interior windows $50, inside cabinets $50, heavy pet hair $30, laundry $25 a load. No trip charges and no supply fees. Your card is not charged until the clean is done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You get your price on our website in about two minutes - pick the home size, the type of clean and how often. No phone tag and no estimate visit. Before the first clean we take your notes on the home: which rooms matter most, pets, alarm codes, anything to skip. Those notes stay attached to your home and go to your cleaner, so you never have to explain it twice. We recommend a deep clean as the first visit on a recurring plan. Either way, you get the same cleaner on the same schedule, working from a written room-by-room checklist built for your home. Your card is charged after the clean, not before. If something was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean it free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners are experienced independent professionals who run their own cleaning businesses. They bring their own supplies, equipment and methods. Every one is background-checked before their first job, and I vet each of them personally before they ever set foot in a customer's home. What we add on top is the system. Every clean runs off a written, room-by-room checklist, and each home keeps its own notes. Standard, deep and move-out cleans each have their own checklist, and the cleaner works through it in the app on the job, so quality does not depend on who happens to remember what. On my side, I run the pricing, scheduling, payment and standards. I am a finance student at the University of Miami and I built this company around published pricing and written process because that is what was missing from every cleaning company I looked at.
