FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Helping people is my #1 value in values hierarchy (an NLP process to see how ones values are ranked in different categories of one's life). So, knowing I helped someone is the real reward. My prices are flexible as they are part of the coaching process. a client doesn't gain anything if they can't afford it, nor does it help them if the price is no big deal. There has to be value in it for them. A person who makes $1 mil a year wouldn't get any value out of $50 a session, like I wouldn't charge $500 a session to someone making $15 an hour at a fast food restaurant. That wouldn't be in service to them. When we have our interview, we'll discuss a price that makes sense for what you want to accomplish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a free interview process first. Some call it a discovery call, or a consultation. We interview eachother. make sure that we're a good match. I've had coaches before that I didn't vibe, connect, click, or feel comfortable with. We got nowhere. I want you to feel safe and open, so you know that you're heard and it feels right. Same on my end. Not every coach can coach everyone. Then if we decide to move forward, we go over all the mechanics.
