- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm sure that you are not just another customer. you are a homeowner that has a limited amount of funds to work with and we understand this. we are homeowners also. we also have bills, kids, and other family to take care of. WE GET IT. that does not mean you have to be cheap. we will guide you to the right spot were you can accomplish your painting goals and not break the bank. it is NOT about the biggest project. it is about the RIGHT project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
He decides to start over my life starting with my house. renewing colors, we started a long time, to make our rustomers happy and satisfied with the result and economy
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Last week we completed a full interior re paint. the homeowner knew she was tired of the old color. the lack of personality in the house. we sat with them took our time to discuss their "color personality" they did not know what that was. they were obviously into the earthy tones it is what we do ;) we suggested a palate of colors that fit them exactly. they also asked about the ceilings. they were standard flat white. there was nothing wrong with them. we asked why do you want to paint the ceilings. they responded by saying "i don't know why" we said if it looks good why spend the money. we saved them many hundreds of dollars. they just assumed that if they were painting the walls the ceilings needed to be done also. AGAIN it's not about the biggest job. its's about the right job
