l apologize we were unable to service your move. It was a late start and we already had jobs on the board when told this and asked multiple times to reschedule you were very adamant about the time and day of the move. When the team was ready to come out you were unresponsive until almost an hour later. If you’d still like to reschedule we’d have no problem again I am sorry for the inconvenience.
