The workers from Relo were were polite and punctual guys. But I felt like they worked so slowly as if they were trying to stretch one hour of work into two so I'd be forced to pay more.

I’m sorry you feel that way but I did not charge you for the job on an hourly basis but instead to get the job done, it was a one time fee since the job didn’t require much work. Even so we was done in 30 minutes, I wanted to provide you with an amazing service and I apologize if we did not meet your criteria.
