- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts are available to repeat customers. Fees fluctuate because ingredients fluctuate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There must be a phone conversation first. This way I can get an idea of what your looking for. Then I gather images from online so we can have a video chat to discuss flavors and theme and design. Communication is essential to ensure the finished product is perfect!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been training and learning every day since I began baking in 2006. I have over 14 years experience, real like experience. I’m also a Certified Personal Chef and a Certified Food Safety Handler. I’ve received my certificate from Loaves and Fishes School in Long Island, NY.
