I have eaten some of the worst food at weddings and parties and I always knew I could do so much better. Over the years I have Mastered Cuisines from around the world .To name a few. Japanese , Chinese , Thai , French , Middle Eastern , Israeli, Indian , German , Italian , Creole , Caribbean., Greek , Vietnamese , Polish , American , Southern , BBQ, Jamaican, Irish , British, Mexican ,Cuban ,Peruvian, Brazilian ,African , Spanish , Dutch, Swedish .Columbian,Russian ,and many more. I can also do fusion on any cuisines you would like . My food is absolutely delicious and very flavorful I have cooked since the age of 13 in restaurants I'm 51 now and still have a passion and love of cooking great food . I get excited about a job and always wont to do a great job .it is not work to me .I really enjoy doing it. My presentation is fantastic. When you hire me you know you are in good hands and your event will definitely be a completely successful one. I have cooked for thousands upon thousands of people from all walks of life including hundreds of celebrity's. including movie stars famous bands TV. stars And Sport stars. Many of my party's end with standing ovations . I have never had a complaint nock on wood..I show up to all my party's 1 hour early and let my clients know that morning I'm ready . I also have great communication always answer and return my calls. I'm old school. Work hard no games. Man of my word . Nothing is a problem for me just ask and you shell receive .
