I have extensive personal training experience. I am an Ace certified trainer. In addition, I have certified education for adults over 50. It is imperative that my clients feel as though they are progressing physically and mentally throughout their workout regiment. I am always looking to expand my clientele and am flexible when it comes to scheduling. Call me so I can help you reach your goal or maintain a consistent workout routine.
