I was skeptical with thumbtack since the last plumber didn’t fully fix my drain so I had a leak. I gave thumbtack a second chance and happy I did. Glasford Davis is the most honest and professional plumber I’ve met. He replaced the whole area with a new seal which is probably what I needed to begin with. Not only does he do quality work but he makes sure to test it before he leaves so there’s no future problems. I finally have someone for my future plumbing needs.

I had a washing machine that was leaking all the way to the bottom floor everywhere and he was able to stop it from ever occurring again which was something I was not able to do. A week later I learned the hard lesson of not sticking sanitary napkins in the toilet! I had clogged the toilet so bad stuff was coming out of the shower drain. He was able to get to me within the hour and take care of the mess I made! He was beyond kind regarding prices for me as he knew I just had hired him for a DIFFERENT issue the week prior. Glassford came right away, got the parts I needed and got the job done quickly. He also removed his shoes when he entered my home without prompting and cleaned up after himself. When he left, I couldn’t even tell he had been there. I appreciate this type of service.
