Quick to Respond, Clean, Courteous, Great Communication!!!!!!We purchased our home 2 years ago; the previous owner had the flat roof installed by Hamilton Brothers. Recently we noticed a growing water spot on our son's ceiling which was on the second floor. We knew that Hamilton Brothers had replaced the roof but had no proof other than the previous owner's word of mouth. I reached out to Hamilton Brothers, and they were quick to respond. Upon inspection of the roof, it was found that a section of the roof that was not included in the original repairs was causing the water intrusion, without hesitation the guys put a temporary patch on the problem area, until we could get around to the repairs, best of all, there was no cost to us. Hamilton Brothers will be my roof company for any future issues. Thank you, guys!!
