I arranged for a site visit on Tuesday, October 27, at 3 pm to get an estimate to replace my roof. No one showed up. At 4:30 pm on Tuesday I contacted Kenan and was told that someone texted me to confirm the appointment. I responded that I had no text from the company and asked if we could arrange an appointment for the following day at 3 pm. No one has yet responded, either by text, phone, or email.
I spoke today (11/2) to Eyal, who explained their situation last week. He is coming by today to prepare an estimate. Thank you to Kenan for following up with me. I look forward to receiving the estimate.

I expect work to begin on my reroof next week; I cannot comment on workmanship at this time. However, arriving at a proposal that I found acceptable was an amiable and professional exercise. Eyal is very easy to work with, communicates in a timely manner, and very accommodating to my requests. He answered all my questions. I am looking forward to work beginning.
