We contacted NACS to help us replace several broken tiles on our large and also to do a routine maintenance check for other issues. Selvin responded promptly (within 30 minutes of our initial request and came out himself to inspect early the next day. He and his team quickly identified several other broken tiles as well as some leaks in some problem areas we were not aware of. He took allot of time to review options and made sure that we understood what was being done as well as offered some very decent pricing. His team was prompt, quick and efficient and we were extremely happy with the results. I would highly recommend NACS based on our experience.

His diligence paid off, identifying two additional leaks that I later confirmed with a humidity detector. But Selvin’s service didn’t end there. Aware that my house had its original roofing, I inquired about replacing some missing tiles—a challenging task given their discontinuation. These guys are amazing. I put in a request and they immediately came out an hr after I told them my roof was leaking. They were punctual and super nice. The team at NACS was great to work with they were the only ones that came to solve the entire issue as opposed to patching it. They were able to create a cricket that diverted the water around the window on my metal roof, hopefully, permanently solving the issue.
