I call for an estimate and they were out to look at my roof that day. Professional, affordable and not pushy at all. When I called them several days later; with the rainy weather I was concerned I would have to wait. Similar to when I called for the estimate- they scheduled me quickly. They were on time courteous, took pics of before and after so I could see the work. I would highly recommend them - great all around.

We needed to fix a whole mess of cracked barrel tiles, replace those tiles beyond repair, and add mortar on our roof ridge and other places in order for our home inspector to give us a 4 Point Inspection of our roof with at least 5 more years of useful life in order to get homeowners insurance. Andy contacted me immediately after I added the job into my "project" bucket on Thumbtack. He was not the cheapest quote, but I really wanted it done properly and his other reviews on the site were overwhelmingly good. He provided me with a proper written quote, a copy of his liability insurance, and a copy of his Florida Construction License from the state, without me having to ask. Within 48 hours of me agreeing to his quote, he had the work done. Andy obtained white replacement tiles that were as close to my existing tile as he could get since the gray tile on my roof is no longer in production. (The red tiles on my roof were from a previous job before we bought the house.) He also removed the black tar gunk that someone else had put on there in a prior botched job. Finally, Andy provided me with several regular and drone pictures to provide the inspector. We submitted his photos to the inspector who came back to look at the work and gave my 17 year old roof another 12 years of remaining useful life! This was definitely worth paying a little more to get the work done right. The first 3 photos are before, the remaining photos are after. Night vs Day! Andy is young but his work is good and he is professional....more professional than some of the other people that gave me quotes who have been doing this many more years.

Andy really helped me out in a pinch needed a tile repair for an inspection. The next day he took the time out and came out after 7 PM to help me out. Good communicator, hard-working, and met the job even though it was one TILE with a sense of urgency of a big project. Really appreciate Andy and New America, and would highly recommend him and his company for any roofing needs.

Communication from the get-go was clear and quick! Andy came out the next morning to inspect my flat roof that had a serious leak after an unfortunate botched job. Thorough inspection, even did a water to test to figure out where the water was coming in from & tried to clean out our gutters while he was up there & did his best to rinse off the debris in the yard after. Honest & clear about what needed to be done which was reflected in our quote. Crew was able to get the job done the next day in only about 3-4hrs & 5 yr warranty is a plus. Selling the house so needed this addressed asap and they delivered. Thank you!

We inspect your entire roof system and explain fondly of the remaining life of your roof. A complete inspection is conducted and a determination comes to conclusion with the repair process & price. If theirs wind damage we recommend adjusters for ins purposes. We have been in business for many years and are here to stay, improving the trade and improving your roof system.
