Alexander and I had a bit of a rocky start, as this was our first time hiring him. After servicing our spa and recommending a part, I couldn’t reach him, and since we had already paid, I feared I’d been scammed. I needed more information about the part and thought I might have to hire another vendor and pay another visit fee.
