He responded to my interior paint project request and on the appointment it turned he was able to address my flooring situation. Julian D. of A1 Service Pro totally rocks! Professional in every way, punctual, very responsive and he definitely knows his craft. He is honest and straightforward and you can tell he takes pride in his work. He answered all my questions and concerns. I must say his communication is outstanding. Every step of the way, he communicates with you via text, phone, and email. From demolition to dropping off materials and progressing with my floor he sent me pictures while I was at work. This develops trust and confidence in getting the job done. I value and appreciate his integrity. When he said he was going to do something, he did it!! Sometimes a rare quality among contractors. He completed the project in 2 days. He and his team are punctual and focused and very hardworking. They are also very neat, they cleaned up afterwards. You wouldn't even know work had been done. They did not even break for lunch. I am so happy with my floors, they're beautiful! Julian is licensed and insured and has a great professional demeanor and the best work ethic! He also has a great sense of humor and friendly personality. His employee, Jan also displayed the same qualities. I look forward to working with him on my next project in May - interior painting. A 1 ServicePro made a very bad stituation tolerable. Fast effiecient clean up technicians , they reinstalled the drywall , baseboard, door trim and painted back the way my kitchen was before. Great work guys !
