- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is custom quoted based on its scope, timeline, and production needs. My pricing reflects a collaborative, high-quality experience from planning through final delivery. To keep your project on schedule and within budget, I encourage clients to clearly define their goals upfront and provide timely feedback throughout the process. If the project scope changes along the way, I’ll always communicate any pricing adjustments in advance—no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Let’s Connect – Send me an inquiry through Thumbtack with a few details about your project. 2. Discovery Call – We’ll schedule a complimentary 15–20 minute consultation to discuss your vision, goals, and determine the best approach for your project. 3. Custom Proposal – You’ll receive a tailored quote, project timeline, and service agreement outlining the scope of work, investment, and deliverables. 4. Secure Your Project – Once the agreement is signed and your initial deposit is received, your project is officially reserved on my calendar. 5. Production Begins – We’ll move into scheduling and execution, whether that’s remote video editing, production consulting, or on-location video production throughout Florida. My clients appreciate a process that is clear, efficient, and thoughtfully managed from our first conversation to the final delivery.
