Introduction: My mission is to develop a safe and effective program specific for that individual so they can reduce their risk of injury and enhance their overall health and wellness. Programming will include functional movements and resistance training exercises in a circuit interval training structure. Most importantly flexibility and range of motion will be the focus point to increase energy and perform daily activities. Programming may also benefit you with corrective exercise or stretches for any past/post injuries or surgeries. A training program will designed specifally toward your goals and weaknesses. You will be put into situations to succeed, make a positive change and feel empowered to get better everyday.
