What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Based on a price per Sq Feet in most cases.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself, walk around the property to find anything in perticular that is the biggest pain point, find out the reason for me coming out in the first place, wife, husband, selling, just want a clean house...etc. After completion I like to do a final walk through to ensure I exceeded the expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've got a masters degree in Hospitality. 20 + years working on exterior cleaning. 1000 + hours of training.
