Our pricing is upfront and transparent with no hidden fees. Every estimate is based on your roof size, materials, pitch, and current Florida building code requirements. We provide free inspections and written estimates. Permit fees, inspections, and full cleanup are typically included unless noted otherwise. Any upgrades or optional improvements are clearly itemized so you can choose what fits your budget. We may offer discounts for cash payments, referrals, seniors, military, and first responders, when applicable. We also work with insurance claims and help guide homeowners through the process when storm damage is involved.

Our Process for New Customers: 1. Free Roof Inspection – We come out, check your roof, and take detailed notes. 2. Clear Estimate – You get a written quote with options, no surprises. 3. Schedule & Install – We work around your schedule to complete your roof professionally and on time. 4. Final Walkthrough – We make sure you’re happy with the work and leave your property clean. We make it easy and stress-free from start to finish!

I am a Florida-licensed roofing contractor with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Throughout my career, I have managed and completed a wide range of residential and commercial roofing projects, including shingle, metal, and flat roofing systems. My expertise spans roof inspections, repairs, full installations, and navigating Florida building codes and permit requirements.
