Old-school professionalism at its best! I requested from Mike a more specified time as I run my own company also. Not only did he narrow the window for me, but he also showed up with a brief notice and on time. When he came out, he was dressed neatly and prepared with tools. After reviewing my machine which had its spin cycle broken only to learn later it was the transmission, he was willing to entertain, putting in a spare washing machine that I had. This was to help save on cost. Sadly, we were not able to accomplish that. I have zero regrets calling him and will definitely do so again. Thank you for doing a great job, Mike!

Such a wonderful experience having Mike repair my appliance! The cost was very fair. First Response came the same day I called to estimate the repair, then completed the job in a timely manner. Mike was polite, knowledgeable, and he took the time to address my questions. I would highly recommend First Response Appliances!

Great service! Setting up the appointment was easy and the receptionist was proficient. Communications on appointment were excellent. Technician was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and on time! I highly recommend First Response Appliances.

The best appliance repair guys in town! They are super nice and knowledgeable. They also have reasonable prices and wont take advantage of you. I am super happy with their service. Thank you to Heather, Jason and Ken. I would highly recommend their services.
