- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
installation is usually billed by the amount of work, but repair work is done by the hour. most repairs are only 1-2 hours of work, but I can usually work out a price based upon a description of the repair work to be done or with some photos sent from a cell phone
- What types of customers have you worked with?
patching burn holes, dog/pet damages, bleach stains. re-stretching of wrinkled carpeting. Power Washing of concrete and houses
