- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $65 for on-site diagnostics. After our technician diagnoses the problem, they'll provide you with a fixed repair estimate. If you choose to proceed with the repair, we'll deduct the $65 from your final invoice, making the diagnostic essentially free. You'll always know the full cost before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First Contact: When you reach out to us, we respond quickly to understand the issue with your appliance. We'll ask for basic information, such as the type and brand of the appliance, and a description of the problem. Flexible Scheduling: We understand your time is valuable. We will work with you to find a convenient appointment time that fits your schedule. Professional Diagnosis: At the scheduled time, our certified and insured technician will arrive at your home to conduct a full diagnosis of the issue. A standard fee of $65 is charged for the service call and diagnosis. Honest, No-Surprise Pricing: After identifying the problem, our technician will provide you with an exact, flat-rate price for the complete repair. You will know the final cost before any work begins. Your Approval is Our Go-Ahead: We only begin the repair after you agree to the cost. If you approve the repair, we completely waive the $65 diagnostic fee, as it gets credited toward the total cost of the repair. Quality Repair and Warranty: Our specialist performs the repair using high-quality parts. We are confident in our work, which is why we provide a 30-day warranty on our labor and a 1-year warranty on all installed parts. Our top priority at every stage is your peace of mind and confidence that your appliance is in capable hands.
