The primary business principle of Atlantic Coast Inspections is quality and integrity. I have been conducting property inspections in accordance with the American Society of Testing and Materials for 20 years. Additionally, I conduct residential inspections for insurance underwriters and understand exactly what an insurance company is looking for giving me a particularly keen eye when conducting inspections.
A few years ago after watching my daughter buy her first home, I decided to begin conducting home inspections as well. I wanted to help new home buyers achieve their dreams.

C. did an inspection for me that was thorough and specific enough to enable me to negotiate a rebate check on the back end of an as-is deal. I would hire C. again, and, in fact, I already have. Tomorrow I'm trusting C. with a second inspection, and it's saving me so much worry to know I have a good inspector who really understands plumbing and electrical, etc. Thank you!

All quoted prices can be adjusted based on the specific needs of the customer. Some general pricing includes:
Condo/Apartment: $150
Townhouse $200

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I confirm the needs with the customer and explain the inspection process. I invite the customer to attend the inspection so I may point out any findings. Many times this is not possible, and I conduct the inspection with the realtor and provided a detailed report with color photographs to the customer and discuss my findings by phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a science/engineering degree from Purdue University and studied home inspection with America Home Inspectors Training. I am licensed and insured in the State of Florida and a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
