John arrived on time, was highly professional, inspected the hurricane upgrades in a timely manner. I had gathered my paperwork, and he was able to see when the upgrades occurred, and who they were done by. My homeowners insurance was pretty much sky high. John sent his report to my insurance company the same day, resulting in a substantial decrease in my premiums. I can’t promise you a $7300 decrease like I got, but I will tell you I’m thrilled!
