- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For most trim projects, we set up an appintment to come out to meet you, see exactly what needs to be done, get measurements and get all details of project as well as get your questions answered. This way we can ensure that we get your project done exactly how you want it, for the best possible price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to listen!! I find out exactly what they want to do and what their budget is to get it done. Secondly, we offer various options to get the work done within the price range that is comfortable for them. We like to give our clients choices!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly learning and growing!
