- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always look at the customer's side, I try to put a price that is good for both. Often in the first cleaning I charge a higher amount due to the work, if the customer chooses to continue, a discount will be given on the next cleaning.

I am always cordial and sweet with my clients even with other people. I think education is first in our lives.
