- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For recurring service, we usually require an initial cleaning which is a deep cleaning. At the first appointment, we make sure we get it all done and learn about your preferences and expectations so we are set for a long term relationship!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We have done a reclean for a customer who wasn’t satisfied with the previous cleaning companies. Baseboards, ceiling fans, window sills were not done and the shower needed a lot more work. Customer was really happy!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hiring a company who work with employees and not contractors. Our team is absolutely amazing and they are like family. We treat our employees very well so they can pay it forward to you.
