I haven’t worked with Prime Cleaning Services yet, although I do have them scheduled to start on June 11. What I can say is that after speaking with Ana from Prime, who outlined in detail what her cleaning services include, it spoke volumes to me. Ana was professional and articulate with every detail. I liked that and look forward to working with her.

I have to say they did a really great job and I was able to book within two days of the job. The girls did very well and left the house like new. They did areas that I didn’t even think of. I’m truly satisfied with their work and would definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend.

The cleaning was done quick and my floors and rooms are nice and clean. I did have a few issues though .. at first I didn’t realize but later on as I went through my house I notice that clothes I had on my couch were just thrown into a pile in my laundry room, not folded just tossed on top where my other clothes were. Also in my bathroom I had items on top of my toilet that were then piled on to my sink. Same with my kitchen and dining room. Items were piled on my kitchen table and my counter. My couch has a cover and the cover wasn’t put on correctly. That’s when I realized why it was done so fast. It wasn’t a bad job but it could’ve been better. My fridge was cleaned but not organized, it looks like they cleaned around instead of taking everything out to clean. My beds were made which is great but I felt like the cleaning was rushed.

We’d just like to clarify that our service is focused on house cleaning, not home organization. Your home had quite a few personal items and belongings on surfaces, which made it more challenging to access and properly clean those areas. In order to complete the cleaning, our team carefully moved those items to nearby surfaces, but organizing or arranging personal belongings is not part of the service we provide.
We completed all of the cleaning tasks that were agreed upon, including cleaning the floors, dusting, bathrooms, kitchen and the other areas included in the service. We always do our best to provide a thorough cleaning within the scope of what was booked.

My pricing is transparent and based on the size of the home and the type of cleaning requested. There are no hidden fees.
I offer discounts for recurring cleanings and all costs are discussed beforehand, so there are no hidden fees. All supplies are included unless the client prefers their own products.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is very straightforward. I ask what the customer needs, provide a clear estimate, schedule the cleaning, and make sure everything is done to their expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years of cleaning experience and they are very good at what they do.
