An absolute next level experience working with Susie. My wife and I were impressed right off the bat at our first meeting with Susie. She came to our home and took the time to get to know us and also analyze the size of our home. Based on the complexity, she gave us a fair price and we agreed to schedule the cleaning. On cleaning day, Susie and her colleague spent several hours ensuring that our home was cleaner than clean. I had concerns about our flooring since we have a dog however she left the floor looking and feeling new. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, you name it, she did a great job. Susie was extremely professional from the moment of first contact to the completion of the job. She arrived early for our initial walk through, early for the actual cleaning appointment and finished timely for the move-in service cleaning we required. She and her assistant were very methodical, respectful, friendly and very accommodating of our requests. Our home is spotless. We are now scheduling her for regular service.
