Norma was kind, professional, thoughtful and prompt. She took excellent care of "Martha", going above and beyond the service that was expected. Martha was taken for walks, had tummy rubs, given treats, etc. She treated as if she was her own pet. Along the way, she provided me with updates via e-mail and text; always keeping me in the loop. I have already hired her for another pet sitting in August and I would most definitely recommend her to any of my friends, family.

Norma did an excellent job caring for our two cats. She went above and beyond and I would highly recommend her services. Norma kept in touch and we were comforted knowing that she was keeping an eye on our pets and on our home.

Norma is wonderful! Our sweet boy loved having her visit him when we were away. Jeremiah is a cat who loves to play and interact with people. When Norma came back today he immediately gave her love and was ready to play!!! We enjoyed every moment with family because we knew Jeremiah was in great hands.
