Adrian was my third quote and was the most competitive and when he showed up to do the quote, he was ready to perform the repair on the spot. He and his partner did an extraordinary job. All the debris was cleaned up and hauled away and was like nobody was even here to do a repair job. If you need any type of roof or shingle work done I highly recommend Adrian service.

Adrian came to my mom’s house and gave a very detailed assessment of her roof leak issues and overall health of the roof. He provided a very fair estimate and timeframe for making the necessary repairs. His crew worked over the course of 2 days to repair 5 problem locations on the roof which included an area that another contractor didn’t repair correctly. He provided very detailed before and after pictures of the repairs and provided a warranty if we had any issues. Will use again in the future.

Adrian and his team did a fabulous job. I have 4 areas of concern with leaks and wood rot. Adrian replaced the fascia and underneath rotted wood and it is good as new. I was concerned because I have a metal roof, and worried about damage to the roofing material. But Adrian was careful and pays attention to detail, so you cannot tell any work was done! I highly recommend him.
