Adrian came to my mom’s house and gave a very detailed assessment of her roof leak issues and overall health of the roof. He provided a very fair estimate and timeframe for making the necessary repairs. His crew worked over the course of 2 days to repair 5 problem locations on the roof which included an area that another contractor didn’t repair correctly. He provided very detailed before and after pictures of the repairs and provided a warranty if we had any issues. Will use again in the future.

Adrian and his team did a fabulous job. I have 4 areas of concern with leaks and wood rot. Adrian replaced the fascia and underneath rotted wood and it is good as new. I was concerned because I have a metal roof, and worried about damage to the roofing material. But Adrian was careful and pays attention to detail, so you cannot tell any work was done! I highly recommend him.
