Found Skim & Trim on Thumbtack and was immediately impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism so we gave them a try. I’m sorry you were unsatisfied with our initial quote. Once we arrive to your residence and seen that the grass was more than a week overgrown after you insisted several times it was only a week overgrown, we changed the price due to the amount of work that was really needed to be done. You advised us you had someone ready to cut it for $50 and my offer of $140 for three cuts would have averaged $46 a cut. Thank you for your time but I’m sorry we’re not out here to be taken advantage of.
