FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free diagnosis for problems then it's a base fee of $35 per hour + any hardware parts needed to fix the problem. Often times if a customer is out of the area that we normally work in, we may charge a small travel fee to compensate for gas. If we think a project is going to take longer then four hours to fix we will negotiate with the customer for a fixed price rather then per hour as that can become costly to the customers. We're not out for your money, we simply love what we do and 90% of what we make goes back into the company for gas, new equipment and training.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employee's have the following certifications. CompTIA A+ - Lets people know they know how to fix hardware!
