Choose someone you feel comfortable working with. Whatever you do, keep an open mind and prepare to be amazed by the truths you hold within yourself. Dont be afraid to be vulnerable, allow yourself to feel supported and loved. Trust your intuition and also trust that small actions and suggestions taken over time build up into measurable integrity, growth and healing sometimes faster than you could have ever imagined.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Coaching and Counseling are different approaches to helping to improve someones life. Both coaching and counseling sessions, include a spirit of empathy and compassion, personal development and skill training. Both coaching and counseling require the commitment of the client to create change and awareness both in session, and beyond. In both, the facilitator, should be highly effective in communicating and especially in listening. I believe a good healthy coach must have some sort of background in social services or psychology and coaching, as well.
