This repair experience(s) was without question the worst I have ever had with any business at any time. We brought a working phone in for repairs, repairs needed because the new screen previously glued on by Russell (owner) glued a button shut rendering it useless, but at least the phone worked. Matters got much worse from there if that were possible. They had the cell phone for one (1) month, yes (1) one month, so long we had to go buy another cell phone. (8) separate visits to the store, a dozen more phone calls, with even more excuses, we picked the phone up today, now "not working" to be told we should take it to their other store to get fixed. I was stunned. Since we already had to pay $600+ for a new phone, that wasn't the real problem. The pictures, data, contacts, etc, all irretrievable, and the answer to that was WE should drive over to the beaches to have the phone fixed. As if this wasn't enough, the Apple laptop they also fixed a screen on is now also coming off but I could not imagine letting these guys get near it again. Being without a laptop for a month would be a little much..Stay very far away as these guys should not be in this business, or any other. Customer service the WORST I have ever seen!!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check feedback, and ratings. A quick search of a tech's name will reveal a lot. When using a local tech be careful and ask how they remove viruses. Many techs will tell you they have to re-install the system, this is hardly ever required. Use a tech who can remove it without risking data loss.
