My dryer went out about three weeks ago. I posted on thumbtacks.com and Aeses High was the first bid I received. Marshall contacted me immediately, and we set up an appointment for the next morning. The next morning, he demonstrated his professionalism and punctuality that would leave a positive lasting impression. At first, the problem could have been a belt, but Marshall ruled it out. Then, the next possibility could be a new motor. Marshall then ordered a motor. He returned only to find that this motor was delivered to him broken. Marshall never gave up, and I said I would not give up on him. I currently sell appliances, so I know how sometimes parts can be delivered damaged. To his credit, Marshall had to order three different motors. He came over each time and put in the new motors. It turns out all were defective before they were shipped to him. Marshall apologized many times. I told him that it was not his fault and I would stand by him. Upon realizing the possibilities of three defective motors being sent in a row, Marshall began checking every single connection to make sure there wasn’t some hidden rarity in the dryer. I really admired his determination and care for my families well being. During this thorough search, Marshall discovered the issue was a fried computer board. Apparently, the dryer had suffered a power surge and that caused an electrical arc to occur on the circuit board. This would not have been discovered without Marshall’s determination and superb customer service. Immediately, Marshall ordered the circuit board, and discovered it had to be on back order. Upon telling me this, he asked if I wanted to stay with him. Once again, I told him that none of this was his fault, and I would stick by him. As soon as the board arrived, he came right over and installed it. Finally, the dryer worked flawlessly. I think Marshall was the happiest of all of us! This whole ordeal took about three weeks, and after my incredible experience with Marshall, I wouldn’t have it any other way. :)

Marshall came on a Sunday, and installed both a new faucet and dishwasher for me. My new faucet was found to be faulty so he then went to Home Depot and got a new one for me and installed it too! He couldn’t have been more nice and professional!

Marshall came out and installed my new over the range microwave. He did an excellent job. He removed the old one and then installed the new one very professionally. He was polite and courteous and knowledgeable. Afterwards he cleaned everything up and took all the packaging materials out to the trash. He even broke up the cardboard for the recycling bin! He also carried the old microwave out to the curb for me. I will definitely use him again and will recommend him to everyone. Very pleased!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    The payment structure is as follows. There is a service fee of fifty nine dollars and ninety five cents. Labor is standard one hundred dollars/ job. If we are hired for the repair the service fee is applied to the labor. Client is also responsible for parts.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    It's usually a three step process. First we reach out to the customer, this is to introduce the company get a better understanding of customers needs. Then we get as much information about the appliance as possible. Lastly we arrive at clients residence and resolve matter/ issues.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Education came from on the site training with a master technician almost 20 years ago for several years thereafter. Then again a few years ago with a new master technician. Ultimately he felt there was nothing more he could teach us and we were ready to teach someone else.
