Marshall was fantastic! He responded quickly to my request for help. He kept me posted on his arrival time. When he got here, he not only installed my dishwasher as requested, but also installed my refrigerator and over the range microwave. He was professional, friendly, and very reasonable. I will definitely call him again when I need appliance help!

I was very satisfied. He scheduled my appt. immediately and was happy to work around my schedule. He came and assessed the problem, but had to return as the fix required parts he doesn't normally carry. He also went the extra mile to help with another problem providing an inexpensive fix that probably saved me another $60. I recommend him!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The payment structure is as follows. There is a service fee of fifty nine dollars and ninety five cents. Labor is standard one hundred dollars/ job. If we are hired for the repair the service fee is applied to the labor. Client is also responsible for parts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's usually a three step process. First we reach out to the customer, this is to introduce the company get a better understanding of customers needs. Then we get as much information about the appliance as possible. Lastly we arrive at clients residence and resolve matter/ issues.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education came from on the site training with a master technician almost 20 years ago for several years thereafter. Then again a few years ago with a new master technician. Ultimately he felt there was nothing more he could teach us and we were ready to teach someone else.
