What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is defining what the goal is that my client has for themself and ensuring I am the right person to help them. After that, it is establishing what point "A" is for my client and then structuring a program that will work in getting them to point "B." Last thing is to keep motivation high and track that progress!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have specialties in Senior Wellness (3 years), TRX Suspension Training (+5years), and Martial Arts (+8 years). I am Graduating with my Bachelors in Exercise Science in May 2017 and intend to begin Graduate work in Physical Therapy following soon after.
