I honestly don’t know where to begin because this experience exceeded every expectation I had.
From the very first message, Christina was warm, professional, and incredibly responsive. She made the entire process effortless with her excellent communication and genuine kindness. Every interaction left me feeling valued, and it’s rare these days to experience customer service that is this thoughtful and personal.
One of the biggest reasons I chose ReTub Pro in the first place was the quality of the refinishing system they use. They don’t use a typical spray-on coating—instead, they use a high-quality epoxy refinishing system that provides a beautiful, durable finish. Another huge selling point for me was that the process was virtually odor-free, which made the experience so much more comfortable than I expected. On top of that, they stand behind their work with a 5-year warranty, which gave me complete confidence that they truly believe in the quality of their craftsmanship. That combination of premium materials, a healthier refinishing process, and a solid warranty made my decision incredibly easy.
