Outstanding work pressure washing our patio, pool cage, porch and sidewalks. Very timely and more than fair price for the work. Would definitely call again. Albert & Barbara Stewart

Hydro Cleaning cleaned the sidewalk, driveway and back patio. My next door neighbor used a different company and the grass on both sides of the walk and driveway is all burned from the chlorine cleaner they used. Hydro Cleaning also uses chlorine, but diluted and they also have a second person watering the grass and they also tarps plants as needed. Both mine and my sidewalks are clean, but my grass is healthy and green and my neighbors has yellowed about a foot all around. Using Chlorine is the way to go, as it kills the roots of the mildew, but make sure you hire a two-person team like Hydro Cleaning. (They did such a good job, it was recommended that they also then do our association's wall and sign). They did a great job on that too.

Mark and his son did a soft-wash on our 4,000 sq ft barrel tile roof. We know this was a tough job because my husband and I have been doing it ourselves for the past 28 years. Our roof was almost entirely black with algae due to our several past years of neglect. With 2 fish ponds 1 in the front courtyard and 1 in the back outside the dinning room window and both under the roof line of the house along with flowers, plants, and 4 fruit trees within spray distance of the roof, Mark and his son did a lot of tarp cover and drain catching. They did this work 2-29-2016 and today is 4-18-2016. The fish are all fine, the flowers and plants are all fine. No damage to anything, amazing really. The only difference since Mark and his son were here is that now our roof is the bright pretty terra cotta that it is suppose to be. And they are nice and friendly too. If you drive by 13919 Feather Sound Dr, Clearwater you can admire our nice clean roof thanks to Mark and his son at Suncoast Hydro Cleaning.

Mark did several projects for me: roof, pool cage and deck, driveway and sidewalk. My roof has never looked cleaner! The pool deck and enclosure are spotless. My drive and sidewalk are the cleanest on the block! The reason I hired Mark was that he was very concerned about protecting my landscaping. He disconnected every downspout because they feed underground and would affect the grass, and put buckets under the gutter opening to collect the treated water. He also ran hoses of water in the hedges to dilute any runoff the gutters didn't catch. The roof took the better part of day one because of all the work involved in disconnecting and reconnecting all the downspouts-probably 10. He asked if I could pay him $500 for day 1, and he would be back on Monday to finish the rest of the job. I gave him a check for the roof. Monday he finished the job, and while we were talking, I wrote him a check for the rest of the work-except I actually wrote the check for the entire job amount. He discovered this when he went to the bank to deposit it. He called me from the bank to explain what I had done, that he was tearing up the check, and asked would I mail him a check for $200, not $700. I offered to drive the check in the correct amount to him, but he said he trusted me and the mail system. He could have deposited my second check and kept the extra $500, but he didn't. I think his honesty and quality of work should be rewarded, so I am spreading his information to everyone I know.
