We had a small, private dinner party that turned out to be a great success thanks in large part to Antwan and his assistant. Antwan stopped in a few days before to discuss the menu and timing, and was a good communicator throughout the process. He showed up right on time and our dinner party was effortless. For once everyone sat in the living room and had a glass of wine instead of in the kitchen while we cooked. Thanks Antwan!

I hosted a birthday dinner party for my 92-year-old father and 12 guests. Antwan + assistant arrived on time with all ingredients for the agreed-to menu. The guests were delighted with the menu and complimented Chef Antwan on how well the food was prepared and its tastiness with a round of applause. Antwan was prompt with phone calls & emails. He and his assistant even cleaned up the kitchen and allowed me to enjoy the guests celebrating Daddy's birthday. I definitely would hire Antwan again.

Antwan catered our wedding reception. He and his team did a fantastic job. We are continuing to get complients on the food. He was very patient with us during our tasting and created a dish that combined both of our taste. He was also able to cater to our veg friends and family with ease. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone. He was the easiest to work with and kept us in our budget.

OMG...what a great experience with Chef Antwan. He was very professional and the food was to die for. He was on time, very personable, attentive and approachable. We are a fun loving high spirited bunch and he fit right in with my mom, my aunts, my cousin, and I. (we also have an inside joke about my choice of dinnerware but I'm not going to share it...lol). We were not from the area but after reading the reviews and speaking with him on the phone I knew he was the chef for us. He worked with us on the menu, did exactly what he said he was going to do and we loved every minute of it. We were served strawberry arugula salad with candied pecans (so freaking delicious), grouper and grits for an appetizer, filet mignon, shrimp with mango salsa, and smashed potatoes for the entrée and red velvet cake for dessert. I could go on and on but will stop there. He is willing to travel so if you're looking for a good, reasonable chef....try Chef Antwan...you will not be disappointed. Shika & crew.
